Yes. The right to remain silent is among the Miranda rights, which the Supreme Court held must be explained to an arrestee clearly before the arrestee may be said to have knowingly waived those rights. Failure to inform an arrestee of his Miranda rights may result in exclusion of his postarrest statements at trial. A mime can only be arrested by a mime officer..sometimes they have to be flown in..it is a very difficult situation as you can understand

Yeah they will. It really shouldn't bother him that he can't talk for a while. But, we may wish to give up a right to remain silent, so he may, but that would mean breaking his mime vow.
