Hi I just went through one last week. Just relax before it, make sure you have your resume in front of you in case they ask you anything specific from it so you can be consistent. Wait till they finish asking the question and then give an answer with calm voice, don't hurry and talk fast.

Be as well prepared with your answers as you would a face to face interview. If you smoke, do yourself a favour and have one just before.
Have a good cough, and a drink so you don't have a dry throat or anything. Stay relaxed so your voice doesn't sound high pitched.
Answer the phone politely, don't have the tv or anything in the background and disconnect the doorbell.
Good luck!

Make sure you've got everything you need around you - your C.V., the job application, any qualifications etc. You don't want to have to say "Er...wait just there" while you run off and find something. Be polite, friendly, and try not to get caught smoking, drinking or eating on the other end of the line!

Since they can't look you in your eyes, you have to sound very confident and assured. Don't say "um" "er" or "uh". A moment of silence is better than fillers.
