There are SOO many animes that rock...
For something sweet and cute I would say Snow Fairy Sugar.
For something funny it's FullMetal Alchemist.
For the best Fanfiction it's Yugioh (-cough-Yamis and Hikaris -cough-)
For the best religion related one it's Chrono Crusade.
For just a young kid anime it's Cardcaptor Sakura.
Plus there are much more!

Sailormoon hands down I started to watch it when i got in to the 7th grade and now I'm 23 and it's still out poeple still love it so this must be one of the best anime of all times.

cowboy bebop. i have seen a lot of the "best", such as fullmetal alchemist, evengalion, FLCL and ghost in the shell and while they are all wonderful, CBB is the best
naruto is my favorite, but its not the best.
