I have a PPC 6700 and I want to get a wireless headset for it because I'm constantly on the go. I'm a bit hesitant to purchase one because I have heard rumors that they aren't 100% reliable. What are your thoughts? I don't want to spend $100 just to end up missing calls. If they are reliable, where can I get one? The Sprint website was no use.

1st thing check out www.wireless-itch.com for some bluetooth deals b4 spending a lot of money.

Bluetooth technology is the best thing they have come up with...
I love my bluetooth...I use it all day long. I won't talk on the phone without it. Great reception, hassle free, easy to use! It's the BOMB!!

For all the bluetooth headsets we tried, Plantronics Voyager 510 has the best performance.

See our review at: http://www.amperordirect.com/pc/r-skype-voip/z-reviews-510-skype.html

Three things we want to emphasize on this headset:

1. It has a terrific noise canceling microphone which can block most of the background noise in our tests.

2. It has a super comfortable ear hook design.

3. The price is right.

I have one for my razr and I hate it. I only use it when I'm driving on long trips but I've completely given up on it. It doesnt ring when i get a call, and I can never hear anyone on it. They're most definitely not worth the money, and if I paid for mine I would have made a huge stink. Luckily for me, it came free with my mom's phone, but she has bluetooth in her car so she didnt need it.

I bought a bluetooth for my blade phone and it sucks. The few idiots i know who bought one also say they suck. Not reliable. If you want it just to talk to your friends etc it would be ok, but if you need it for your work or if your not a patient person, forget it

Is it a bluetooth phone? If so, headsets usually work well. If not, (like if you need a bluetooth transmitter as well) then I wouldn't reccomend it.

Dorky-looking in my opinion.
