Open up some folder on your computer. Got to the top and select tools. Scroll down to Folder options, click. Then click the tab that says view. Click the one that says "show hidden files and folders". Plug in your ipod to your computer. Go to My Computer. Open up the drive that has your ipods name on it, you should see a folder that says something like ipod setup, or somthing to that effect. Got through the folders until you find the one that has a lot of folder in it. These folders are your playlists. Open one up, go cut/copy, and now you have the songs.

A nice an easy to use program called Yamipod will help you copy songs from your iPod to another PC.

the best way is to get a program called idump its free, or you can di it the windows way.....when you plug in your ipod go to my computer, then click on your ipod go to tools then folder options then select show hidden files, click on ipod control then music then do a search for your song, copy and paste it to your hard drive

As far as I know, iPod's are copyrighted so you cannot get songs off your iPod onto another device.

should be instructions when you buy one...there is a disk that comes with the ipod, check it! my answer is yes. i have a rio, not ipod, but basically mp3 player and i can sync the 2.
