Nothing. The, like every other member of the Bush family, has done nothing good for the country. In fact, one could argue that her vocal support of her husband's extreme, fascist policies on family planning and education have done far more harm than good. All members of the Bush family are a public menace.

yes, people point and say "oh she does a lot for the libraries and education..." but really --her husband's budget has cut massive amounts of money from educational spending and even the ALA (American Library Association) doesn't want her as a spokeperson (see the link below) Since the Patriot Act pretty much allows for censorship, that means anything you check out of a library can be censored.
and her appearance on Sesame Street? Big deal...her hsuband's budget cuts threaten the very existence of public broadcasting.
