The HOA itself or the fees you are paying? Your question is vague. If you want to get the persons removed from the board then you have to follow the associations by laws. That would usually require a petition or something with a 2/3 majority signatures for example.

If you don't want to pay the fees, that would also be governed by the by laws. You may not have that option if it was set up to be mandatory as a condition of buying. If that is case, then you would again need to seek to amend the by laws by petitioning the other members. GOOD LUCK with that one. If all that fails, you would need to file a lawsuit.
