Google non-water-based cleaners. The first one I came up with was: non-water-based cleaner such as the Orange Glo (see link).
What kind of couch is it? Leather? If you go to the 2nd link, it gives you step-by-step instructions on how to treat stains on leather and the third is tips from users on how to clean leather. Hope some of this helps. Good luck.

Urine. lol Try water on an inconspicuous area of the couch. I have found many fabrics that say not to use water however look fine if you are careful.

Woolite makes a dry foam furniture cleaner. Look in the cleaning product isle of your department store. You spray, wait and remove with a damp cloth.
