Lindsay Lohan all the way. That guy is a total jerk and really out of line. She is a public figure. and when you make statements like that with knowledge that the whole world will hear you, you are a real piece of work and an a**hole!
But we also all know that Paris Hilton is not free from blame. She encouraged and facilitated his behavior because the press was obviously there for her, not him. She's also in the wrong.

I thought it wasa kind of funny the stuff he was saying. Lindsey does portray herself as a girl who "gets around". I even read a quote somewhere where she said she is not into monagamy. I don't think Brandon Davis was right saying those things either. I guess I'm just not on either one's side.

yup I actual have precise in the previous ending my first marriage.
