Either cut the shade trees down causing all the shade or spin the house around 180 degrees.

Hi,
The site that yahzmin19904 gave you the link to is very good.
The only thing I can add is how old is the roof. It may be time for a new one. I have found after cleaning the mildew stains off that the shingles are becoming brittle and curling at the corners.
Replace the roof with mildew resistant shingles.
Depending on the quality of shingle that was installed, your roof may only be good for 10-25 years before replacement is needed.

Well, in my expereince bleach will not only remove the stain it will kill the mildew. However if the mildew is a reoccuring problem and has ltterally set into the substrate it will just continue to come back untill the effected area is replaced and it is likely that the case will worsen. Also, try to dilute the bleach with water like 10 to 1.
