crotchity old man
He talks to himself, like the cat lady
He smells funny, usually of cabbage and garlic while the cat lady smells...well of cats
Both yell at the neighborhood kids for being on the lawn, or too loud or because they feel like it.
He has droopy drawers she has droopy cleavage.
Usually some sort of weird debris in their front yards....car axles, old cat carriers, cans of some sort of another that are being recycled, old newspapers.
So as you can see The Crotchity Old Man and The Crazy Cat Lady are one and the same.
