At 15, 5'6" is a fine height. No worries. Guys continue to grow until they're about 19 or 20, and sometimes hit a pretty big growth spurt around that age, so don't be surprised if you top out at 5'10 or higher.

As for weight, I presume you mean 69kg rather than 69lbs. I'm not a physician, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, and I can say that that weight at your height is probably a little heavy. You might consider playing more sports like basketball, football, or frisbee to gain more cardiovascular fitness.

If you are 69 lbs, then you'd best be asking how to increase your weight, not your height. If you're 69 kg, then you have nothing to worry about...you're only 15 and still have a little more growing to do. There's not much you can do about your height, all I can suggest there is to take some modelling classes, they will teach you to walk straighter and 'taller'. Good luck.

I can only hope your height is 5'6"! 5.6 would be enormous in metres and table-top size in inches!

If you get plenty of regular exercise (but nothing to strenous or involving too much "contact") you can maximize the percentage of potential height you can achieve, but genetics will largely determine what that number is.

Don't sweat it.

Shorter people usually live longer anyway! (Heart not working so hard against gravity)

Besides, 5'6" is hardly tiny. Get a girlfriend who is taller than you (this is easy, just be nice to her) and everyone will think you must have "more" than they do anyway!

Oh no no no, that is not healthy. My 12 year old daughter is 88 pounds and thats a little under weight for her age. You can't increase your height. But- you can increase your weight. There are shakes you can drink for that. Just remember- don't have McDonalds and that kinda of thing. Because yes you can gain weight but no good for your heath.

Your height is mostly genetically pre-determined. Good Health and nutrition will help you maximize you growth potential. Get plenty of rest...as your heal and grow in your sleep. Avoid smoking, and excess caffein in sodas for example. You will likely grow a little more til you are 18 years old. We were all short once :)

You are WAY to skinny. You need to eat or your going to end up in the hospital. The healthy weight minimum for someone your height is 117-154. You are ridiculously below that especially considering your age. You need to EAT.

Be happy with the height you are. At fifteen you aren't done growing yet. Eat right and you will do fine. Take care.

Some don't. At grade 8 I hit 5'4 and haven't grown another inch and I'm 23. While you might grow, you might not. You just have to deal with it and be happy with what you have because you can't make yourself grow no matter what people tell you.
