Not a cartoon...those stupid "Jack Ching-Bada-Bing" skits on America's Funniest People, with Dave Coulier.

It wasn't a cartoon, it was that annoying jackrabbit/antelope hybrid "jackalope" on "American's Funniest People" hosted by Dave Coulier in the 90s....why I remember this, I have no idea.
