By early November, the weather can be totally different from year to year. Some years there is snow early and it stays around, others there is green grass in December. For most years by November, we've had at least 1 snow. Temp during the daytime usually gets above zero, and some years beutiful warm days. Most of the fall foliage is gone by then and a cold snap could happen , and does. Be prepared for below zero waether.

I live in Quebec City, and according to our weather Channel's statistics, November usually has temperatures between 3 and -3 Celsius (so basically, low 30s in Fahrenheit). That can obviously change from year to year. Check a weather website frequently before leaving to get an idea of the weather this year.

Early November could be last days of Fall if you get lucky (cold but sunshine) and less chance to get snow. Generally November is the worst month to visit Quebec, usually rainy, cloudy, windy and cold (0 to 10 in the day, -5 to 5 in the night) and slight possibilities of snow - but it doesn't stay most of the time. Cold winds in Quebec's city seem particularly colder than elsewhere :)
So bring your umbrella, a hot jacket and wool sockets :)
On the other hand, you'll have the chance to see Quebec without crowd in touristic areas and have a lot of choice and good prices in hotel accomodations. If you have the chance to get in earlier in October, you'll have incredible sceneries too.

I would think above zero, 5 or 10 Celsius which is around 40 or 50 Fahrenheit. If you can possibly go in early October instead the foliage will be magnificent. By November most leaves have fallen. It could be rainy.
