None. The hottest look and the one the guys like best is a clean, healthy, smooth body. My older brother says so and by seeing the girls he dates I think he is right.

All depends on the girl really. A belly button piercing looks hot unless the girl is 50lbs over weight...for example. Tongue is pretty hot too.
