HI, everyone passes through a rough time some day or another in our lives. This would have a lot of impact on our daily routine and it is our will-power that drives out deeper into it or guides us out of this disaster.
Obviously I would need more details to help you more but I strongly recommend that you stop moaning about yourself.
1. Take a note book and list in it everything that you are doing during the day, starting from waking up ending with a good night
2. Make this diary your friend, anything right or wrong must be recorded. This is your personal writing so do not be afraid to be active, sharp and correct. If you deny something, you lie only to yourself
3. After a week of writing, choose a morning off. Go out to a place of relax and tranquility. Start reading from the 1st day of writing and analyse yourself and your writing with a different pen colour.
4. Having commented on your life and style, stop, relax and do not think of anything until your mind is clear enough
5. Start working on your own corrections. Suggest new alternatives.
6. When you go home, look at yourself in your personal mirror. Analyse the beauty of your body; your hair colour, your hair style, the colour of our eyes, your make-up, your fashion style, your bedroom style, etc, etc,
7. Take up a commitment; join an aerobics class or gym, take up voluntary work with a charitable institution, or you may opt to help out with orphanages or kids classes.
8. Analyse your talents, hobbies, etc
I AM SURE YOU ARE A WONDERFUL PERSON. BY CRYING OVER YOURSELF YOU ARE WASTING TIME OUT OF YOUR LIFE WHICH WHEN ANALYSED CAREFULLY IS VERY SHORT.
There are a million people out there waiting for your new start.
If you need help, let me know. Keep on believing because god is knocking on your door saying ' I am always here but damn you are not bothering to even look at me'.
Hope to hear from you again.
In the meantime, good luck.

Birdi,
GOD hasnt forgotten about you. You know, when I became a christian I heard the statement, " GOD hasn't moved, you have." meaning, his address and # is still the same, you just have not kept in touch. If you know that it's manely due to your life style than knowing is the first step to healing! you have already taken step 1 to improving your self esteam! Now go to a mirror and say to yourself, "your worth the change, you mean something, if not to anyone else, to me, and to GOD, because I ma here, and GOD put me here for a purpose! Good luck Buedi, god speed!

no god just wants to see how important your life is to you before he does anything for you. you should find something you're interested in and are good at and focus your free time on that it will help your self esteem problem. also try talking to god outside of the traditional prayer tell him how you feel what you really want ask him to help guide you in the right direction to help you have a more fulfilling life.

If you feel like your life has no purpose then gice it one. I used to feel the same but then I began listening to my friends and helping them, it made me realise that that was my purpose in life. The way I look at it is that your purpose in life is what you are.
