The problem and the reason your last question didn't get serious responses is that you want to do it "legally!" You also don't give us any clues as to your skills, the money you have to invest, whether you have an invention, any talents, etc. etc.
For instance, if you had a product that you could market for $1000, you would only need to sell 1000 to get you to a $1,000,000 in sales, subtract your product costs, overhead and taxes and you would probably need to sell another 1000 to get to the million in your pocket.
Don't have a product. Go to www.bizbuysell.com and look for an operating business that offers that kind of "cash" or "owners" benefit.
If you only have a little money. I would suggest Las vegas or go to www.freedomrocks.com which is a software program that automates forex trading (currency trading) and with as little as $2000 you could build your account quickly. I started in June 2006 and have built it up to over $7,500. I highly recommend.

to start, you need 10 million. than you do bad business, in few month you loss 9 million and now you are a millionaire with 1 million dollars. this is all legal. hurrrra!

Come up with a great idea that fulfills a need. Then find some suckers who will pay high dollar for it. Put all your money in offshore bank accounts. Pick some long shot bets. Hope you get lucky. And then go to Brazil to avoid the taxes.

Write a best-selling novel. Better odds than the lottery. Getting it published will be a challenge, but if you can come up with a good hook and write the first five chapters, you can start shopping that to publishers and agents.
