I was hoping you might list what those similarities are, but alas...it just seems to be in fashion today to say that. Get a brain of your own, and learn how to compare and contrast. Making incindiary statements is imbicilic.

Not so much the nazis, but the conditions taking place in 1930's Germany and the United States today are remarkably alike. Any student of history could point out hundreds of similarities between the two. For all the ones who will bash you and call you all types of names and tell you where to go all I can say is do some research and reading on the subject before you go crazy sliming the person who raises this question. You will be amazed. Don't believe all the Fox News and the government tell you. Dare to reseach the subject on your own.

People would take you more seriously if you could name a single policy or law from Nazi Germany. However, you can't. The fact is, you don't know the first thing about Nazis. You just like to call people names. Why don't you pick up a history book, and educate yourself. Then you'll see just how good we have it in America, and maybe be a little more appreciative.

@LCPL: there's a distinction between "similarities" and "equivalent". I see them without even observing your source: Our media is filtered and controlled via the government; as Joseph Goebbels did with Germany's media. we've native land protection put in at present after 9/11. Hitler had place of beginning protection put in at present after the Reichstag fireplace; the two fake flag assaults performed with the blessing of the respective governments. Did the U. S. slaughter 6 million innocents? No. yet we've slaughtered countless (hundreds of thousands) of innocents in the Vietnam, Korean, Iraq, Afghan, and Pakistan conflicts (not alongside with all the secret ops which do not hyperlink the federal govt to the assaults.) Operation Paperclip grew to become into the workplace of Strategic centers (OSS) software used to recruit the scientists of Nazi Germany for employment via the U. S. in the aftermath of world conflict II (1939–40 5). It grew to become into carried out via the Joint Intelligence targets business enterprise (JIOA). They labored at Plum Island in simple terms north of long island, and in simple terms off the coast of long island.

Could you elaborate on the similarities? Are there ust as many differences? Because then the similarities would'nt be striking.

You need to be more specific. What are the similarities? I am willing to believe just about anything said about our current state of affairs in this country, but it needs to be backed up with proof.

I agree you can find a lot of similarities. Our two party system is scary, and honestly is there a big difference between a rep and Dem?

no, after all we are under martial law. We're not to the degree of killing our own countrymen yet, but just wait a few years.
And bravo for noting the partisan fallacy.
