Some e-mail providers are marked as SPAM, so none of their e-mail will get through. She should try to send an e-mail to you from a FREE Yahoo email account.
Or, you can get a free Yahoo account and she can send to that.

Either it could be an incorrect spelling of your e-mail address, or it could be an issue of Spam. Check that your friend has the correct e-mail address and also make sure you're not on each others spam list.

Perhaps....
Your ISP could have a limit on the size of the email, could be too large or they have mistyped your address. Or you have some sort of spam guard that is rejecting it.
