Generally, when the issue is small & they say it in a condecending tone "Are you SSSUUURRRREEEE?"(Are you sure?), & I do not mean on a computer program. Thank You.

do you know what time it is? cause surely someone will ask another person that, knowing they have a watch on, and 95% of the time if someone is wearing a watch, it is to help them keep up with the time as well...so of course they know what time it is, duh!
