I love November Rain. The only thing I can say against it is that my Mom likes it too. Kind of killed the song for me growing up, but I truly appreciate it now.

It's so fantastic at last night whilst they were playing it in Manchester I felt the need to jump over the front railing dodge all the security and try and jump on stage. If it wasn't for Axls personal body guard getting me in a head lock as I was half on the stage I would of done it to. So yes a pretty hot song and even if Slash is not in the band any more I still vow that is the song I will be buried to.

It was OKAY, but kinda slow. I liked a lot of their other songs much better.
I met Axl Rose outside the "Cathouse" on Highland Ave in Hollywood after the 1989 MTV awards in August of that year. He was pretty cool; I even got my picture taken with him, and he still had on the same clothes he performed in only an hour or so before! My ex taped the awards for me here in Arkansas, and when I got back from L.A., I could show off the pic of me & Axl, then play the tape for people - you could SEE they were both from the same night!!!
About a month or so before that, I passed Slash walking by in a PARKING LOT! It was at Fairfax High School in West Hollywood. They were doing some sort of benefit "all-star" jam, and Slash was one of many musicians/artists to participate. I shoulda talked to him.....

Bethany, how have you not heard that song? Oh wait, you must be like 10 or something. That song was played non stop when it came out, and I don't hear it too much anymore. That's one of the few G'n'R songs I like, but it's too long. Slash is really cool, but I don't care much for Axl (although I really like the piano in this song). I personally think Velvet Revolver (aka Guns 'n' Pilots) is better.

Indeed I was about to say that then I read your sub comment! The best part of the song is the video when they're in the desert and Slash comes stumbling out of the church or wherever they are and he just rips his a-s-s off amongst the tumble weeds! It gets me charged just thinking about it.

10 mins. of played out crap. Slash's solo is the only redeeming quality of the song.

Good song, goes on a bit though, not quite 'all time classic' status. Best track on Use Your Illusion 1 though.
