For what reason do you need to sex him for one last time.
If its fine with the both of you and to have sex and your breaking the engagement than I guess you both are consenting adults.
Now if he did something to make you call off the engagement than sex wouldn't do nothing but create more problems.
Now if you have sex with him knowing he will be hurt from you calling off the engagement than you wouldn't be just wrong but cruel and you would be doing him a favor by calling off the engagement so he can find someone whose more considerate of his feelings.
The last time should be the last time. If your calling off a engagement you must not feel you want to marry this person.
Why throw more fuel on the fire that will be burning when you end the engagement.

It is wrong to do that. Think if you were in his position and you were psyched about getting married but heard that heartwrenching news! It would be better just to call it off and then move on. Having sex would only add fuel to the fire-and you might end up dead somewhere! (lol) If you really loved him, you wouldn't do that to him. But if you must, just make sure that u guys are on good terms before doing it.

How would you like it if someone did that to you?
Whichever way you try to label it, you are just USING him for your gratification.
if you feel the relationship is wrong, just break it off. The sex will only cloud your judgment, suppress your true feelings, injure both of your hearts and confuse and complicate matters. It's not worth it. You are basically making him a one-night stand.

Probably not in the "best of taste". Why do you want to get one last bang in there anyway? See if he's still in the mood after you tell him. THEN it's OK.
But use double birth control. The way life works is that you'll get pregnant from this time - and where would you be then?

You do not seem to be very sure about what you want to do.
Is he a commodity or what?
It would not be fair to him to have sex the day you decide to call the whole thing off. Unless he wants too, maybe. (But he might be hoping you change your mind...). Forget it is my best advice.

YES it is soooooooooooo wrong...but tempting...don't do that, the engagement cancellation will be enough for his heart...dealing with final sex and that is too much to bare!!

Yes because he will get the wrong impression he will think that you are playing him or that he might still have a chance

Just chiming in to echo the opinion, you're screwed up to want to use him for sex just one more time before crushing his testicles.
