Im 13 years old and have attempted to self suck myself (autofelatio or something) and have managed to lick the tip of my penis, and my lips have just barely touched the head of my penis. Over the last few times Ive tried, I've gotten closer, and closer to being able to give myself a "bj". It just takes ALOT of practice every few days, and stretching. My penis is about 5.5-6 inches.

No you would not get sick. Some guys can give themselves head. Their called Self Suckers. It takes practice but you bend yourself till you can stick the head in your mouth and with more practice you will be able to give yourself the best head you ever had.
