Honestly, nothing. You've put your thoughts out for the world to see, but you don't want the world coming by? What do you want?
You could always set it up so that people need a password or only people who are your family and friends could read it, but what's the fun in that?

You can't do anything about it, that's just the downfall of the internet. All you can do it have someone monitor all activity and remove the usage of the perverts constantly. Unfortunately, they will use multiple identities and perverts are the most determined and socially lacking people.
