Impossible for us on Earth - we had utopia at one time and it was called the Garden of Eden but people messed it up. If we want to make it to utopia again we'd better live our lives right so we can get to Heaven! :)

Completely and utterly impossible. First off, how would anyone be able to rate it, if they had only experience there? They would never know problems, stress, war, famine...wouldn't know what they were missing.
Besides, people are never ever happy. Something would always be irksome to most. If no one was, and it truly was a utopia, given human nature, how long would that last?

It's impossible because it presupposes that everyone agrees on every topic at all times. You don't even have common agreement among Muslims regarding the tenets of their own religion, so how are you going to have Utopia?
