I want a software which can remove the background of my photo and add a new background.

Absolute, top of the line, Photoshop, if you have $400+ for a windows version.
Alternatively, and only slightly less full featured, the Gimp. Free download (Free and Open Source Software) from http://www.gimp.org/

Photoshop.. but if you have not used it before, then it may take some time to learn, especially if you want to do a really good job removing the background.
