Installing the PCI card is pretty simple. Open up your computer case. Find the PCI slots on your motherboard. Take out the iece of metal or plastic blocking the slot in the back of the computer. Put the new PCI card in and your good to go.

Yes, get a USB 2.0 PCI card if you have available expansion slots. You can get them a t pretty much any computer store or home electronics place for about $10 to $20.

you can add a pci usb card which will have to be installed or you can get a USB router which can be connected to your existing USB and includes usually 2 and up 2.0 USB connectors. They are relatively cheap and also connect to 2.0 USB and flip over to fit 1.1 USB's.

its not gonna do you any better to get an adapter when USB 1.1 is slower than USB 2.0, but are you looking for the hardware to replace the USB1.1??
