The ghosts of mars. Quite possibly, the worst movie of all time. Absolutely atrocious. Hostel sucked. So did the Hills have eyes. There haven't been any good ones recently.
I don't like gorey movies either. Suspense is what's frightening. I'll take a psychological thriller over hack 'n slash anyday of the week.

The scariest movie I've ever seen is "The exorcist", the original movie. The best. Scariest.
But the goriest, which to me is a different kind of worst is "The Texas chainsaw massacre"
But the movie that has provoked the worse feeling inside me was Oliver Stone's "Natural Born Killers"
Each one is the worse in their own category.

Bloodsplash (1981) aka Nightmare
During a decapitation scene, the neck opens up on the right side even though the ax swings from the left. Blood squirts out in a single, pencil thin line in about the same way one would pump up a blood pressure cuff. My room-mate and I had to keep watching to see how bad it really was. We couldn't stop laughing it was so bad.

How are u using worst? Worst as in the scariest I pee'd my giraffe pants ... or Worst as in no talent?
Worst is Texas Chainsaw Massacre w/Jessica Biel or The Ring ... I still get freak out over these and want to pee every time I think of them.
Worst is Exorcist II ... bad acting, no story, blah-blah-blah.

Dark Waters was the stupidest waste of money ever! So was Hide and Seek, so predictable.
From what I read The Hills of Eyes is way way way too gross for me to ever feel comfortable borrowing it from blockbuster or even watching it on tv, with rape and mutilation. Ick rape on screen just weirds me out way too much.
