From an aethetician: "Clean and Clear is one of the worst brands out there".
She says that for over the counter moisturizers you should use Oil of Olay (if you don't have skin issues) or Neutrogena. I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture SPF 15. Gets me sunscreen and doesn't clog the pores all in one shot!

not to sure about clean and clear but have heard that it is a good moisterizer. this article has some great tips on skincare that could help you in deciding what to use
