My fiancee is in medical school, and has been under alot of stress latley. He worries about everything to the point that he can not relax. I am there for him, tryed to take some of the burden off him by sometime doing his "home work" for him when he gets home from rotations, cook, clean, talk about his problems, what else can I do? He will not talk about it he sas he doesnt have time for that, but I on the other hand am going through my sex peak and have needs as well, is there something I am missing?

Just a lack of understanding. . . and I'm sure you understand some of what he's going through. You or I do not have a clue because we aren't him. It is great you are taking the housework off of him because this shows great consideration. I would not push the other issue and take care of myself until he can take care of you. You might also take care of his needs without having intercourse. That might also draw him back into lovemaking. . . it certainly won't hurt your relationship.

go to the store and buy a toy if he's not going to fulfill your needs and you love him, don't cheat on him but pleasure yourself.

Buy a vibrator. Use it in front of him, his stress will disappear.

Try sex therapy.. it sounds dumb, but it really helps.
