I'm having a hard one with that, too. Get off the computer, turn the TV off, clean the house, take the dog for a walk, walk in the early mornings, go to the mall and walk (air conditioning), join a gym, no flour products, read food labels and don't buy anything with any kind of syrup in it, get a group of friends together and make it a group effort. Support each other. Good luck.

Well, there is no magic pill when it comes to losing weight. (movement) is the key word! You have to literally, make a concious decision to start working out.
First you need to decide on what type of foods you are going to start eating, for instance, seafood, lean meats, leafy green vegetables, fruits, lot's of water it does wonders for your complexion as well as getting rid of toxins in your body, and natural juice's not those sweet fruit punches with all of theose unnatural ingredients. Snack on nuts, berries, trail mixes, chips only if their organic.
Try to find a partner who would like to work out with you, and choose a realistic goal. (for instance, depending on how much you weigh now, try to set small goals that you can accomplish within one month). Try to work on losing 5 to 10 during the first month and during the next couple of month's try losing 2 to 3lbs. You do not want to lose weight over night, it can be harmful to your body. It is a process, and it takes time. So do so wisely!
lose weight in a healthy fashion. Don't rush it, be motivated and consistent and you will drop the weight, but don't focus on what you are not losing, focus on your goal to lose the weight.
(stay away from sugar's, fatty oil's, and junk food)!
Be consistant!
You will be just find!

Substitute the soda for water. If your weight is affecting your health then take care of that, if not, love you body../.

First of all you should be proud of your weight. And yourself. Second of all you should go on a soda diet. I did that and watched my belly grow flat in like just a week :)

Excercise, and eat healthy food. Starving will cause your body to store fat. Pills will make you jittery.
