I'd have to go with the White Album by the Beatles...
There is such a wide variety of musical styles..from the Beach Boys type music to good old time Rock n' roll to love songs to hard rock - even the blues - and three distinct singers...

The Lion King Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. It is the greatest movie score ever made, full stop. I usually don't listen to the whole slow paced music, I'm more a fan of old school hiphop, and altern rock, and protopunk, and oldies that rocked like crazy (The Who is a great example of this). But the thing is The Lion King makes every other one genre CD look like crap, except maybe "Primal Scream - Give Out But Don't Give Up" but that's basically rock with other musical influences, so =P.
