My baby cousin accidentaly set the code and i typed in my password it asked for a new one so i made a new one the it said"code error" and goes back to the PUK code.Anyone know what i need to do?

PUK is actually a code for your sim card. You can get it by visiting a store local to you for whichever provider you have or call their customer service. don't enter it wrong too many times or you will fry it and have to by a new sim card.

Sounds like a Cinuglar phone. Call them up for help or you'll fry your SIM card.

u have to call your service provider to help you on that. They might need you to verify your identity & etc.
