Yahoo games and questions about passwords are not "board games". I don't normally complain about cross category questions but I can't filter through all the online and digital games to see any actual board game questions.

I heartily agree. I wonder if Yahoo Answers team would finally be motivated to create a new category, say "Virtual Online Board Games" if we consistently and continuously Report Abuse under the heading "Miscategoried" everything that does not relate to an actual physical board game? Dracionian, yes. But somebody should to SOMETHING, right?

I was annoyed by this too when I first started with Y! Answers (I even recommended they make a new category, which they haven't), but now I just look through all the electronic/online game stuff for real boardgame questions without expecting to find many. Honestly, I think if this was JUST boardgame questions there would only be about 1 or 2 per day and they might remove the category entirely.

LOL this is the first time I have looked in this category and I was just thinking the exact same thing when I read your question...these are all online computer games not actual board games in the true sense...I dont know why people do it but I guess they dont know where else to put them.

I have to agree with you. People need to understand that an "online game" is not a "board game". There is a difference and it is difficult to weed through all of the online garbage sometimes.
