If you and you man are in love have been together for awhile, but he still hasn't ask you to marry him. Would you take your chances on asking to marry you, or would you wait until he ask you?
Basically do woman have a problem with asking their man to marry them?

I would wait until he asks me. I personally wouldnt ask because most guys arent ready to settle down. So it is easier just to wait, and more romantic.

how long is a while?...why the rush?...maybe he is not ready yet...men like to feel secure financially...is he at a place where he can take care of you properly?...i don't mean in the traditional sense...just literal...if it's been like 10 years or something...maybe you two should talk about it...but if it's only been a few months...why rush things?...marriage is a sacred thing...not just something you throw yourself into...if he is not ready...then he's just not ready...and even you asking him will not make him ready...if you hurriedly decide to ask him to marry you...that could push him right out of your life...there are so many things to consider and to think about...make sure this is what you BOTH want...talk about it...communication is the foundation of all relationships

I personally could not do it. This one thing that I have to follow tradition on...me and boyfriend have been together for a while and he brings it up quite often but he hadn't started talking about it I would have started questioning our relationship...it's all about the guy and girl..some girls are just that more aggressive and can do it and never think anything of it...I am not that girl!!

yeah they do. we think of it as the man should do it so we can brag and say so and so just asked me to marry him. its kind of embarrasing to ask the guy
