No, I don't believe that airline jobs are considered government jobs. The reason is simple, if the government isn't paying you your wages then it is a corporation (business) that is. This means that your corporation is a registered business and that they pay income tax and MERC's (Mandatory Employer Rates Costs) an example would be Employment insurance, benefits, and taxes and report to the government.
