I just need to know how to start writing a contract. It just to be use when people wish to rent a recreation building.

Depends on what type of contract you are doing. Most have boiler plate examples you can follow, be specfic and google, if you are selling a home ect...on a deed of trust or will, you can find most of them a a office supply store, Like office depot

You would be better off consulting an attorney. The little bit of money you are trying to save could cost you tons of money by just using one wrong word in the wrong place, or by leaving something out. If it cost you money to buy it, consult an attorney to protect it.

Just write what you agree on (or want them to agree on) There are little legal requirements.
