What are long distance charges for people calling a "phone-in" number on my computer?

If I select a phone number for my Verizon-Yahoo phone-in service that is, for example, a California area code, will anyone calling my computer pay a long distance charge as they would to call California, even though my computer might be in Pennsylvania?
