If I select a phone number for my Verizon-Yahoo phone-in service that is, for example, a California area code, will anyone calling my computer pay a long distance charge as they would to call California, even though my computer might be in Pennsylvania?

If someone can't help you, maybe this site makes you smile because of not only free minutes (on first try), but they can give you U.S. phone number which can be used as PHONE-IN. And check it out if they are totally free for PHONE-IN...
