Yeah as a black man when i see another Brotha living off of some nasty 300 lb white girl I'm like wheres the confidence bra, don't settle but sometimes sista girl those are the type of men sorry looking women can have. I know you don't want a dude tryint to live off of you. You ever notice guys that date women like that always have matching sweatsuits in the club with church shoes. LOL, I'm like are ya going to the gym later or what? Get some jeans maybe a polo damn they got that at old navy. Anyways that's my two cents, peace

I am not offended when i see an African American male with a white woman as long as he doesnt discriminate against black women. Not all black women fit into the sterotype of gold-digging, loud, poor, ignorant and fat. There are plenty that are self-sufficient, educated, spiritual, and strong black women out there, many who dont hesitate to speak their minds. Some people mistake that for being overbearing.
There are just things that most black women wont put up with that a white women would. I know of very few women in general, regardless of race, who would take a man who is lazy, shiftless, uneducated, criminal-minded, or abuses women.
The thing that gets me more than that is white women who have biracial children, but really give no thought on how to raise that child to know both parts of their history. They know little to none about doing that childs hair, so too often you see a gorgeous child with hair that is disgusting.
They look upon their black male as a "trophy", no matter what he has/looks like, and will take just about anything just to keep him around. They believe the MYTH that all black males are hung like horses, and try in all their might to find someone who may be that.
If a black guy dates a white women- and chooses to stay that way- and even ends up wearing those god awful khakis and sandals listening to John Denver, and eating Mayonnaise, thats on them. I just say be with who you want to be, and as long as you are happy- it matters none of what anyone else has to say about it.
You will always meet hateful people, people who dont care about your reason,s but you dont have to defend your choice. I say be what you want to be- just be honest to yourself and stay true to your own self.
Big or small, a man will date whom he feels most attracted to. Side note though- the more successful a black man is, the less likely he will be with an overweight woman of any race. Its all about accentuating the postives!

I am a black man and I definitely do a double take on that....it took me the LONGEST time to understand that scenario. What finally helped me understand was a conversation I had with a frat brother of mine. Those white women are willing to go above and beyond sexually and most times GENERALLY SPEAKING black women wont. Secondly, many times (and I can attest to this to a large degree), black women dont want a man that is on the grind struggling to make it. They want you when you have made it already. I dont think that this is a white woman issue really but a lot of times, women dont know the difference between someone pipedreaming and someone actually working his tail off to get where he needs to go. Sometimes those white women get the black men that are working their tails off and everyone has a loyalty side to them. Just a thought.

Hopefully not as it'd be a bit racist really. People get together for lots of reasons. Thankfully most of them are not as shallow as how the person looks.
Why would it make a difference if the man was black or white? Or the woman for that matter?
I'm going to report this post as i think it's inciting racism.

Not really. A lot of men like big women. And beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Who cares what races are involved?
I gasp when I see people staring at couples scrutinizing and judging them for their own personal amusement.

Not really. I'm really more taken aback when they have the loudest, annoying, purple and green weave wearing, 9 inch fingernail having, 400 gold bangles wearing, house shoes in the supermarket wearing project trash that dont want nothing from the man but his money and to live in the projects their whole lives.

Sorry sweetheart but I am just to involved in my own life to be concerned with who is dating whom. This coupled with the fact that I don't generalize or judge based on appearance gives me plenty of time to spend on the IMPORTANT things.
