Because she's neither hot, nor beautiful. She's just barely even lookable. Those too big lips, raise cheek bones, and toothpick skinny body. If it weren't for her boob size, she's be the long lost third Olsen triplet.
Plus, she was knocked up for 2006, so which guy that picks up PB is going to think she was hot with a huge stomach...
