I asked this question to myself a number of years ago, as a college drop out, and I think there is such a school. If I remember correctly, they will give you credit for life experience, but certainly not a degree. The school was called Skidmore (aka the University without Walls). I am not sure if is still the case.

There is no regionally accredited school (highest accreditation)that will do that for. Accreditation is very important because without that then your degree is not worth the paper it is written on.

However there are schools out there, like DeVry University, that will allow you to test out of courses. www.devry.edu
