I drive a 1992 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl. I wanna get a lil more power from it cuz right now it feels like driving a 7 passenger go-cart I dont plan on keeping the van any longer than I have to but I do wanna make it a little more powerfull while I have it what are some inexpensive things I can do to squeeze more power out of it ? I dont wanna spend a lotta money on it cuz like I said I dont really wanna have to drive this thing any longer than I have to plus I dont know how long the van will last so its pointless for me to put lots of money into the car If it might not last long

Cheaply... Give it a tune-up, change the air intake tubing between the outside intake and the throttle body to something more direct, and find someone who can reprogram the computer. Smaller tires will give you more low end pep but you will suffer at higher speeds.
Visit some "tuner car" sites for more info but I don't believe cheap will do much for you, it's a 4 cyl. minivan after all.
Good luck

It's a mini-van for crying out loud. What did you expect? Here's my suggestion...jack the radiator cap up and drive a Viper under it. Sheesh!

you best bet is to get parts for the motor instead of the car, and then modify them. start with a cold air intake, and exhaust.
