I left my husband because he was chearing on me with prostitutes. I fled the state we lived in with our two minor children and he got custody of them because i could not afford to go back to that state and fight. Now he has moved to alabama with one of the prostitutes and she is pregnate. He is planning on marrying her when our divorece is finalised. Is her history grounds to have my children removed

You have to prove that the children are better off with you, not that they're bad off with their father. The lady may be okay, but you have the right to fight for them. A lawyer can tell the truth better than you can, too, and a mother always has the edge in a custody battle in the United States.

Not sure,If she has quit being a hooker then I don't think so that is her past.

But I wish you luck in getting your kids back.

PS. Most states have free legal services for people with low income for cases just like yours Here is is called prairie state legal services maybe you can find out what its called in your state.

yes it is, you should get a lawyer. you can claim that your children aren't safe growing up with a hooker and an adulterer. You could claim that living with a hooker puts their safety at risk. Just get a lawyer they can lie better then you can.
