Yes. As the American Bar Association has clearly pointed out, he's disregarded the Constitution of the United States on numerous occasions. The legal grounds for impeachment don't get any clearer. It's only the Republican controlled House and Senate (who are putting partisanship before the rule of law) that keep him in office.

OK, my two cents...

First of all, you need a reason. You need proof of high crimes or misdemeanors, as the Constitution states. (Article II, Section 4) If the House has sufficient cause to introduce articles of impeachment, why don't they? What are they waiting for?

Oh, I know what you're thinking - that they're waiting until after the November elections, to see if they take control of Congress. The problem is that if they do take over Congress and introduce them then, it will be an obvious political ploy, and they most likely still won't have the two-thirds majority needed in the Senate for conviction. Remember, only one-third of the Senate is up for reelection.

But ultimately, the fact that articles of impeachment have not been introduced at this point suggests that none are forthcoming. Now, if the President commits an actual crime before the end of his term, that would surely change. Unless that were to happen, no, I would not support impeachment.

Why do we keep getting the same questions from those who really don't know anything about politics? "Oh, I heard on the TV today, that Pres Bush is bad... let's impeach him!" I've been in the military for over 8 years now, and I completely support his decisions militarily. Besides that, on the homefront, he has been attempting to resolve some issues that have plagued Americans for decades - social security, Immigration - that no other President has had the courage to face - mainly because of the effect it can cause on their ratings. Bush doesn't care, which is why he's trying to resolve these issues. Bringing up these topics will make America a better place. So No, I don't support his impeachment - because doing so, will only impede any progress he has made in our countries future.

If anybody could ever prove that Bush actually committed a real crime, then, yes, I'd support his impeachment. Even though I voted for him twice and currently still support him, I would hope he'd be impeached if he committed a crime.

Because that's how conservatives do things. When Nixon was about to be impeached, it was the Congressional GOP leaders who went to him and told him to resign or be impeached.

But when a Democrat president was convicted of a crime, you saw a very different reaction from the Dems. They are only for punishment of non-Democrats. Just like every extremist party that ever existed in the 20th century, they religiously believe their own people can do no wrong.

Nope, He's good man, and is doing a good job. You can't always believe what you are shown in the news or the media. They're only showing a piece of the puzzle. It's true, why is it, that only when something bad happens, it's on the front page of every news paper, magazine and so on. But when something good happens, it barely get any notice.

Have you forgotten what happen on Sept 11?

You cannot impeach a President just because you hate him. Your side lost, twice, now get over it.

There is a reason the word Libtard keeps popping up.

Absolutely not. He has not committed an impeachable offense, you don't impeach a President because you don't like him or her.

Absolutely. He is a war-monger and is using religion to suit his own greed for power. There is no difference between this administration of Christian fundamentalists and the Islamic fundamentalists he calls terrorists. Also, he's dumber than a squash.
