if i think i threw up my birth control pill would it be ok to just take another one out of a new package...??

It's usually OK to just take another birth control pill, once you are sure that you can keep it down and not throw it up. If it's been over 24 hours since the past pill, you might have to use a backup method for a week to make sure that you are protected.
You might want to consult a pharmacist just to make sure, and read the information leaflet that came with your pills. It can be really boring to read, but the information you need is usually contained in the leaflet.

no bc then you will be short one pill for the month many doctors suggest you having an extra package of pills in case something like that happens.
