I like French women, but your men come up short in the international arena!

I much prefer France over Israel. Without the French, The United States could very well still be under British rule. I can understand the French government's unwillingness to enter another war. For more centuries than The United States has been alive, the French fought in wars, sometimes continuously for years. I think that over time, the French realize that war is not always the answer. Israel has started their own mess in the Middle East. They are reaping the whirlwind of hate that they sowed through years of occupation and self righteousness. I don't believe they should be wiped off any maps, but I think the U.S. needs to send a clear message that they need to take more interest in preserving the lives of innocent Middle Easterners.

I LOVE France. It is a beautiful country and the cuisine is excellent. I have been to France and Israel. In France I didn't have to go through checkpoints or be harassed by Israeli soldiers. Paris is a great shopping city. The Israeli's should have left the land to the Palestinians. They have turned it onto a crap hole. Most Americans will say Israel, because they are idiots.

The only things I like about the Islamic Republic of France are the foods and wines, and frankly American wines have now outpaced you. If the world ever needs lessons in how to "surrender" or "appeasement" we will certainly call on your country.

How much of your land do you think you should give away to the Paristinians so they can form their own homeland?

You have a great history but a completely miserable last century.

Israel on the other hand, wonderful country and people. Smart, creative, and tough enough to stand up to their enemies rather than appease them. May they ever be so.

I've been to both, and i'd have to say France. It's a very beautiful country, with great art, culture, and even better food and wine.

War wise: Israel starts alot of crap, and has gone to far in the Hezbollah attack. Where as, France usually gives up and surrenders.

Ohh, I thought everyone was going to answer FRANCE.
It's a tourism country, a lot of tourists all year long.
I live in Israel, I've never been to France, and I would love to visit it one day.

Nevertheless, I would have to say I prefer Israel, because it's a beautiful country, with very funny and nice people.

:D !

Israel ........ an easy way to put this is - you have two "friends" someone comes up behind you with a knife-one "friend" runs off and later has fifteen excuses why it wasn't his job to help you, the other one backs you up and helps you out..now which sounds more like the French?

Israel, they refuse to be pushed around instead of cowering in a corner. France is sneaky with back room deals with Saddam.

Based on the current animosity towards Jews in France today, you'd almost think Vichy was alive and well, and the French had German jackboots to lick again.
