ask the same question over and over again
if you are asking a question and want it answered REAL bad, you do that so people will HAVE to find it
i did that before but maybe i should have
it is a bit annoying

If you mean after switching say from page 1 to 2 you get the last ones from 1 on the top of 2. It's because new questions have been asked in the time it took to switch pages so the ones from page 1 got bumped to page 2.
