Because they are seeking attention and/or they are insecure. Or maybe their husband or boyfriend enjoys it. I don't really see a problem with it except that a female might attract some attention she really doesn't want, leading to big trouble. There are a whole lot of creeps out there. I don't find the heavy set girls who display their lower backs (and tattoos) and tummies to be attractive, altho' they seem to think they are. As the good nuns used to say, if you don't really want to be "taken advantage of" , please comport yourself in a manner that will not attract adverse attention. But if you choose to "out Britney" Ms Spears, take a body guard with you like she does.

Well guys don't need to wear a shirt at all mabey women are feeling left out. Besides, they know mwn like it. I think as long as they have their nipples covered, it is not considered wrong. Also, it is hot so it is cooler to dress like that.

Depend what is their background. They may have been brought up in a sexy family where exposed their body means nothing, But lots of them now want attention. Also some hinting they want sex from you. I this compitative world girls do what they think can win man's heart. It can be devillish, it can be 'heaven' for someone

Are you talking about cleavage? There's nothing wrong with it as long as it's done with taste. You have to leave something to the imagination.

Because as far as I'm concerned I'm young and they look good now, when I'm old I'll cover them so you won't get sick! Besides human error has made it "wrong" for us to be in our most natural state, I hate clothing.
