I would do a multimedia thing. Like, take a tape recorder and also write down notes. Also try to organize your notes. Pay attention in class, don't sit around with a sheet of paper in front of you thinking about your date tonight or something. Even make sure to put in the little facts, they could show up on a test ;). Good luck, I hope that I helped you out. A tape recorder will help you review and try to think of things you forgot.

You could record on cassette, or you can just jot down the most important topics, and the most information that relates to the topic.

I don't write as they talk. I wait for them to finish a thought, then is sinks in for a sec, then I sum it up real quick in my own words to get ready for the next thought.
