Everytime anything big happens in the Middle East, there are people that say it is pointing to the end of the world. They also said that about Euro. I don't think that any of the evangelicals have that much influence on foreign policy. They may be indeed be right that over the years these things are signs of the end; but it seems to me that the end of the world is coming slowly, so I am not worried about it!

Probably.
I see the greed. corruption, holieer than thou attitudes that are the same in Jesus' day as they are now.
Iran and Islam are just as bad as the new Chicago behaviour police.
You live under manipulation and lies.
All war is based on lies.
Hezbolah is banned from the USA tv, why? Im I unable to make an informed decision on my own? I think so. So let me, why is the USA afraid?
One group of people thinking they are better or more holy than others gets you in trouble cause all people are sinners.
If your not, please throw a stone at me.
You expect polititicans and preachers to be perfect when they are not either.
No expectations, no dissapointments, and there is indifference which is neither love or hate.
this is the state of the people today and the government and church towards it's people. this is why Jesus must come agian to straighten our sorry butts out.
Feels like crap when you find out your no more than a beleiving moronic fool doesn't it?
why do we not ask questions? FEAR>
But ask God himself, he will show you the answer, but be careful it may not be the one you want. I can give my opinion only and it looks like all of history is cumulating to a head and man is gonna force it to happen or try.
I don't lay blame, it just is not going to go well for those who think they are holy and the rest are not. God's will is that all man and women turn to him. ALLLLLL not just some. BEFORE they die. OKAY? the bible says this. read it.

Good question , It's possible a radical leader could drag the world into chaos by using a nuclear weapon so it isn't a possibility I would dismiss offhand. Claims such as this have been made for ages and sooner or later one may be right . On a smaller scale Jim Jones the founder of the peoples temple created this scenario for his followers in Jonestown, Guyana November 18th 1978 when the corpses of 914 followers were found dead from drinking poison.

Everytime any kind of diaster happens, we all run around with our hands in the air screaming "Armageddon!". I think Armageddon is going to hit everybody, not just a few countries. How typical of us Americans to think when Armageddon does hit, we'll be able to sit back from our air-conditioning and watch the whole thing on CNN. When it's Armageddon, you'll know it!

George Bush
President Bush has never been shy about injecting his faith into the public arena - his campaign remark that Jesus Christ was his "favorite political philosopher" was an early signal. But his rising use of religious language and imagery in recent months, especially with regard to the US role in the world, has stirred concern both at home and abroad.

Stop being so paranoid, this is not the battle of Har Meggido. But it is coming. And there is nothing anyone can do to stop it. There won't be a need for anyone to work to make it happen. Read Ezekiel, Daniel, Matthew and Revelation and you may begin to understand. When God says something is going to happen you can count on it.
